• COP 28 and indigenous people: The “Loss and Damage” fund established at the last IPCC summit “must address indigenous peoples’ lands at greatest risk” said the Indigenous peoples’ caucus, called the International Indigenous Peoples’ Forum on Climate Change, or IIPFCC.
