Randall Winston is an attorney, architect, and military officer. As Deputy Mayor of Infrastructure
and Climate Resilience for the City of Los Angeles, he leads efforts to create a more resilient,
climate-safe Los Angeles where every Angeleno can thrive. He also serves as a Judge
Advocate in the U.S. Army National Guard Reserve, providing legal counsel to soldiers and their
families.
