Teaching about climate change can feel overwhelming for both educators and students. This symposium highlights creative ways to approach the topic with hope and innovation. Attendees will leave with practical tools, resources, and inspiration for integrating climate content into any classroom.
The program also features Climate Across the Curriculum at WLAC (30+ courses climatized) and LACCD’s Equity in Environmental Education initiative (50+ faculty engaged). Both efforts are supported by the California Center for Climate Change Education at WLAC, the host of this event.
